Tour Golf Fitness, a state-of-the-art personal/supervised fitness facility offers numerous golf-exercise programs designed for all ages and levels of golfers.  Tour Golf Fitness has strength programs, upper and lower body cardio machines and fitness classes such as yoga, pilates, zumba, and myoflixibility.  Classes will be limited to 6 to 8 students.

All training programs are documented to allow you to exercise properly and track your progress so you can see the benefits!  Training sessions are by appointment only. Clients will have 2 hours to complete their workout.  A maximum of 6 clients are allowed per session, to allow instructors to assist and educate clients properly.

Sessions start at 6 am, 8am, and 10 am, then 1pm, 3pm and 5pm, Monday through Saturday. ( These times are subject to change.)  Fitness class times have yet to be finalized …stay tuned for details.
